A good colonic is worth 20-30
bowel motions. They are also used to accomplish the following:

- Exercise the colon muscles

Like the removal of layers of paint, the faecal coating on the colon wall must be thoroughly hydrated with water in order that its removal may take place gradually, comfortably and effectively. This waste material, which has remained in the colon for some time, is toxic and can re-enter and circulate in the bloodstream, making us feel ill, tired or weak. While the lungs, skin, kidneys and liver also serve to eliminate toxins, when the colon is cleansed, the whole body is greatly enhanced.

THE PROCESS OF HAVING
A COLONIC:

The treatment, which takes about an hour, is pain free and administered in a completely hygienic and nurturing environment.
InsidesOut Colon Therapy uses a “closed system” which ensures an odourless treatment, and there is absolutely no touching of faecal matter throughout the process. There is a small viewing screen for those people who have the desire to see what is released from their system. Of course, this is a personal choice.
When you make an appointment some simple yet specific recommendations will be made for you to follow to the best of your ability for approximately 3 days prior to your colonic.
Upon arriving for your first treatment, you will be asked to complete a client information sheet and then you will have a consultation with Angela to discuss your current health status and your objectives. Additional details about the colon and what occurs during a colonic will also be reviewed.
During the session, you are laying face up draped with a towel. At all times, your personal privacy is considered with the utmost care. Each treatment is administered using a sterile and disposable kit and, therefore, there is absolutely no chance of contamination. A small rectal tube is inserted followed by filling and flushing of water into and out of the colon. Throughout each colonic, approximately 8-10 litres of water which has been filtered multiple times is slowly introduced.
Abdominal massage is an integral part of achieving the maximum benefit of each colonic. Essential oils which have been hand-blended by InsidesOut Colon Therapy for specific digestive complaints are used to calm your system and enhance releases.
During the colonic we will discuss your current diet and if necessary, devise some changes that will assist with un-cluttering and cleansing your digestive system. In addition, you will be provided with an easy to follow detox program to enhance the effectiveness of subsequent colonics.
Since your abdomen will be massaged, it is a good idea to eat and drink lightly in the 2 hours immediately preceding a colonic.
There is a subtle learning process involved in receiving colonics. As you become more aware of what is going on in your abdomen, and as your body learns to allow the cleansing experience, you are better able to enter the process, and therefore more material is released. One colonic will remove some of the stagnant waste in the colon. The second and subsequent colonics will remove more.
HOW MANY COLONICS
WILL I NEED?
It took many years accumulate whatever waste has adhered to the inside walls
of your colon. The colon is a muscular tube about 5 feet in length and approximately
the size of your fist. To accomplish a thorough hydration and irrigation of
the colon, it is highly recommended that you have an initial series of 3 colonics
over 3 consecutive weeks. Ultimately however, how many you may wish to have
will depend upon your personal objectives of regaining, rejuvenating and maintaining
your health.
-Please be advised that it is not recommended to have colonic irrigation if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you are a diabetic; epileptic; a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy; or anyone who has recently had colon surgery.
GREEN
CLAY BODY WRAP $65.00 per treatment
Argiletz Active Clay is a pure product, rich in minerals, that works to cleanse,
tone and revitalise your skin and body. Imported from Argiletz, France, this
unique, sun-dried Clay is extracted to ensure that the active mineral content
is retained.
Following a light, dry-skin body rub using exfoliating mitts, the Clay is painted onto the skin with a soft brush. You are then wrapped in a muslin (breathable cotton) sheet which allows the Clay to completely dry and withdraw toxins through the skin. The Clay is then gently removed using a warm sea sponge, leaving your skin soft and glowing.

Lying comfortably on your side, the tapered end of the candle is placed gently into the outer opening of the ear. The candle's calico wick is lit and a pleasant warming of the ear canal is felt as the candle performs its gentle heat and smoke detoxification.
